CityRail/RailCorp

CityRail.
CityRail is a bit of an interesting company.
It was original started in 1989 and ran until 2003 under SRA. But is 2004 RailCorp was started and took over until 2013.
CityRail is significant as it was the era I was born into.
Seeing V sets with the CityRail logo, in the iconic Blue and Yellow. There are so quite a lot of CityRail memes as unfortunately CityRail became the downfall of NSW Railways as we knew them.
Late and dirty trains, bad management, announcements you can't hear, vandalism and the list goes on. As such CityRail earn the name ShittyRail, although it still holds a place in my heart. My childhood and good memories.
We have limited CityRail items due to RailCorp and now Transport for NSW keeping a lot of it hidden in railways station across the network.
